NCC Group, the global cyber security 和 software resilience firm,has joined the “Empowering Women to Lead Cyber Security” initiative as its latest industry partner.

The three-month programme, consisting of a combination of virtual 和 in-person group workshops 和 one-to-one sessions, launched its call for applications in June as is open to participants from the public, private 和 third sectors. The Autumn cohort will consist of 20-24 early-mid career cyber security 和 information management professionals, selected via an open application process by a Programme Panel including 席亚拉米切尔, Head of Cyber Security at Scotl和IS, The Scottish Government’s Lead for 人才 Attraction & Capability in the Digital Profession, 罗兹-布里顿 和 克莱尔·艾尔·阿泽比, Head of Cyber Resilience 政策 at The Scottish Government. The deadline for applications is the 13th 8月.

Programmes like this are critical initiatives in achieving this 和 we’re proud to be supporting the development of women into future cyber leadership roles.” Ms Harley will join the Programme Panel as part of NCC Group’s partnership with the initiative 和 help to advise on the make-up of the cohort, as well as the “challenges” that the group will face as part of their project work.
